I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a complete letdown. From the moment I arrived, the service was cold and unfriendly — not a single smile or warm welcome, just staff going through the motions like they’d rather be anywhere else. The food was honestly one of the worst parts. It tasted bland, felt reheated, and lacked any care or quality. For what they charge, I expected something at least decent — not something I wouldn’t finish even if it were free. The room itself wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel clean or properly maintained. Everything about the experience gave off a careless vibe, like guest comfort isn’t a priority at all. I came hoping for a relaxing stay, but I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Definitely wouldn’t return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless things seriously improve.

Average. Good for a budgeted function. Parking and toilets are good.
