One of the best Thai food restaurants in the country. We usually stop for the thai red curry with steamed rice of its close to a lunch or dinner when we pass the place. Staff is friendly and service is usually good.

In my assessment "Cafe Tripe One" is the best Thai Food resturent in Rathnapura area. Ambiance is great.They have both indoor(AC) table area and a more casual type out door area. 20-25 indoor and 20-25 outdoor seating capacity) I recommend more rustic type outdoor seating. There is a TV screen in a corner if you are interested. (This is a great asset on a match night. If you want to watch the match but its date night this is the place with win win solution ) Food - Super tasty. Less oily. total value for money. Pretty decent portion sizes. well enough for two people. Recommend - 1. Sefood fried rice + Chilli chicken with cashew nuts 😋 (around Rs.1500 including couple of soft drinks+tax+service charge) 2. Vegetables Fried Rice + Thai Chili chiken curry+ hot battered cuttlefish (around Rs. 2600 with some soft drinks and a fruit juice + tax ) Service - Superb. Best in class customer care. Curtious and helpful. From the Manager to the stuwards great attitudes .They never rush you. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Allways greet with a smile. 👏👏👏 (They also have disply of mullet fish on ice. You could choose a fish and order a garupa dish. Food is really tasteful and calm environment

They provide plenty of various foods. Tasts so good. Specially thai foods are really test. Service also so friendly, effective and good. This is quite calm place even though is adjoining to A4 main road. Prices are not too high. Actually i recommend this place to have the meals while you are traveling via rathnapura.
