Im not entirely sure this is the exact place i have been to but this was the only location available. Best 👍👌 place to have a snack and chat with the lady who is managing the shop. The snacks are freshly made and real tasty as well. My highlights were patties with potato filling and Tea was heavenly as well. She speaks both tamil and singhala. Greate place ,loved it. Will surely return when im back
