If your end goal here is to succeed the food business, then you must put your best foot in it. But Iceberg Cafe is not the place for it. We found the place while traveling back to Colombo, we made a mistake to trust the 4.1 review rates they had. We sat on one of those black bunks for 4 people, but we immediately stood up as big black ants started coming out from inside of the table. The next table was also like that but we didn't have a choice. There were lines of ants going up to the ceiling via the pillars inside cafe. We were really hungry at that time but the food took 25 mins to come to table. Yet the lime mojito we ordered had so many ice cubes, I had to pour water in it later to quench the thirst. The creamy chicken spaghetti I ordered was without salt, I remembered the good reviews about their food, maybe the chef forgot to put salt. The prawns with tomato spaghetti had only tomatoe ketchup mixed in it. It was like eating ketchup. Fried rice was completely dry. Customer service was like in an old village pub, nobody cares. We didn't complain, because it was about a plenty of things.

All the food was cooked perfectly and had a great mix of flavors. The portions were generous, and the service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend the Iceberg.

There were clumps in the fried rice and also the taste was bad. They have done the work half heartedly and there were no any other customers to be busy. The portion of french fries were also very small. The staff was good. Food was bad.

The atmosphere of the cafe was very pleasant. However, even though the AC was on, it didn't look like it was at the right level and I felt very warm. The washrooms were medium in size and there was little parking space. Among the items we ordered, the lime mojito was somewhat good, but the other portions did not seem worth the price. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere but was not so happy with the foods

Foods were delicious.but, Food portion is not worth to its price. not satisfied with their customer service.I feel their customer service depends on the customer.
