One of the best places to hangout in Ratnapura and the food is at affordable prices. Best part is the Bubble tea and waffles.

Great place. Small, comfy and warm atmosphere to hang out at, with a tinge of sweetness in the air. Almost every dish is covered generously in chocolate and sweetness. The chocolate waffles were great and the mug cake was quite unique. The staff were friendly and prompt. The wait time for the food was quite less.

If you're looking for a somewhat western style café / breakfast in Ratnapura, that is reliably open, this is it. I tried many, but everything else was either closed or uninviting. They open on time and the menu is great. Milkshakes and (fresh) waffles were good. Prices are a steal.

This is the best place in Ratnapura to sip a coffee and relax!! Their coffees taste amazing and the waffles and pancakes are also great! The interior is beautiful and it’s never crowded. Service is excellent. 💯 recommended

I visited Melona Chocolate Cafe two years before. and it was just as delightful as I remembered. The cozy atmosphere, delicious milkshakes, coffee and the perfect spot to indulge in coffee cravings.
