The food at Pizza Hut is always good, but the delivery service is very poor, especially when it comes to customer service. For nearly two years, I’ve been ordering, and usually one person would deliver to my home without any issue. But recently, I was told by others that they only deliver to Welipenna town, and the way I was treated was really disappointing. As a loyal customer, I didn’t expect to be treated this way. Because of this experience, I will not order or dine from Pizza Hut again. Very poor service.

Visited Pizza Hut in Mathugama and had an amazing experience. The food was hot, fresh, and super tasty — especially the Cheesy Lovers and Chicken Wings! The staff was very friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

This is to make a complain about Mathugama outlet. We bought 8 Lava cake yesterday and 5 of them are not in quality. No lava inside the cake. Look like a cupcake. We bought this for a customer visit and couldnt return aswell. Maintain Food standards

The food was very tasty. In fact, it was the best pizza I had from my past experiences at pizza hut👌 The service is also a 10/10 cause they are very active and energetic which made quite a big impression on me. The deciated employees are surely a big asset for pizza hut. The atmosphere is also very clean and appealing. After all, pizza hut is obviously giving the best.
