While the food and drink are delicious the staff can use customer service training especially serving customers who can not stand for long due to injuries instead of serving people who jump out of nowhere

I've been a regular customer of Caravan Fresh Negombo. I’m extremely disappointed with the recent changes. Chicken bun price has increased from 180/= to 200/=, yet the quality has drastically declined. The bun used to be generously filled, but now it’s barely covered. The filling is minimal and doesn't properly fill the chicken bun. It's frustrating to witness such a decline in quality. I'm very disappointed with these changes.

We recently ordered a wedding cake from this shop, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The cake we received was drastically different from what we had initially requested. Despite taking every precaution while transporting it to the wedding venue, the cake was noticeably tilted, making it look unpresentable for the occasion. The lack of structural support, such as the absence of supporting rods for a 3-tier cake, was a major flaw in its construction. This oversight led to a poor overall design and compromised stability. To make matters worse, the taste of the cake was below average, far from what we expected for such a significant event. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with the outcome, as it fell short of both our expectations and the standards promised. This experience was a major letdown on a special day.
