I had a very disappointing experience at Kiosk located at the Lanka Hospital food court. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. After placing our order, we waited for about 20 minutes while other customers who ordered after us received their food and left. Even customers who ordered the same items as us were served before us. When we inquired about our order, we were told it was still being prepared. It was clear at that point that they had forgotten our order and only started making it when we asked. When we questioned why people who came after us were served first, the staff initially claimed our order had been made earlier but then admitted that "these things happen" and dismissed it as a small issue. Frustrated, I left without taking the food but had already made the payment. The staff did not apologize or show any concern for the poor service. I made a complaint to the front desk of Lanka Hospital and am currently waiting for a response. It was also evident that the staff treated wealthy-looking customers better, as I noticed they gave our order to another customer. This kind of discrimination and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend dining at Kiosk.

Very poor service, there is about 8 staff and they all go for breakfast, lunch and tea closing the whole outlet taking an hour break. They refuse to take any orders just before that saying they are going on break. There should be better coordination rather than everyone taking the break at the same time as the restaurant is losing quite alot of business.
