Very disappointed with the experience. We ordered a vegetable soup, and it was served with a single slice of old bread. The food looked terrible and was not at all appetizing. Definitely not worth the visit.

Fantastic Cozy place. Ideal place to take a walk, grab a bit and a drink. Reminded me of London. Absolutely love the vibe.

After reaching Nuwara Eliya today (Saturday - June 7, 3025), we wanted to have a good cup of coffee. So, here we were! I ordered Hazelnut Latte and my partner ordered Cafe Mocha. Both the varieties tasted good and the service was authentic. Most importantly, the view from the cafe was almost surreal. A couple of pet Golden Retrievers at the cafe livened us both. We would definitely want to go there again! Good work folks! Keep it up!

It was a beautifully located café in the town center, featuring a charming garden-like setting that blended natural elements with a cozy ambiance. I also purchased a jar of strawberry jam from there. This strawberry jam was purely homemade and even you can find strawberry pieces. It was really delicious. However, due to time constraints, I couldn't try their coffee or snacks.

The Coffee Center and Restaurant in Nuwara Eliya is undeniably situated in a stunning location, offering visitors breathtaking views and a charming atmosphere. The concept of outdoor summer huts and a relaxing outdoor chilling area is a great idea that initially draws you in. However, our experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue we encountered was the exorbitant pricing that doesn’t align with the quality of food and beverages offered. For instance, we ordered a pot of tea, which cost us Rs. 1210 including taxes. To our dismay, the tea was no better than what you’d get at the small tea shops in Nuwara Eliya town, and certainly not worth the price. We then tried the Margarita pizza, priced at a staggering Rs. 3000. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations in terms of taste, leaving us quite disappointed. The quality simply did not justify the cost. Another major downside was the customer service. The person supervising the place seemed more concerned about cutting costs than ensuring customer satisfaction. We witnessed an awkward situation where he instructed the staff to serve only as many tissues as there were guests at the table. This penny-pinching behavior was particularly embarrassing, especially in front of foreign visitors. The interior and overall maintenance of the establishment also fell short of what one would expect for such high prices. The washrooms were below par, adding to the disappointment. It feels like the focus here is more on making money than on providing a memorable dining experience. Given these issues, I would not recommend this place to anyone considering a visit. There are better options in Nuwara Eliya that offer much better value for money
