The dishes in the restaurant vary. We had Thai Beef, Mutton Roganjosh, which was good, and Wok Fried Chili Lamb, which was not good. The taste was rather sweet and sour, and it smelled strongly of old goat. For starters, we had Greek salad, which was very fresh, and the Tom Yum soups were also okay. However, none of it was outstanding. The selection is good. Indian, Arabic, Chinese and Western dishes are offered. Drinks arrive immediately after ordering and you don't have to wait long for the food either. The kitchen is visible. The dishes are overpriced and side dishes such as rice or French Fried have to be paid for separately. Although the hotel with the food court belongs to one of the richest men in Sri Lanka, some of the furniture is worn out. Conclusion: Despite its shortcomings, the food court is worth a visit due to its variety.

We recently visited Araliya Food Court for lunch. While the food prices are average, unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match up. We ordered chicken rice and vegetable rice. The vegetable rice was fine — no complaints there. But when it came to the chicken rice, we honestly had to investigate where the chicken was hiding! 😜 It came with just an egg on top, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the food definitely needs improvement, especially if they want to meet customer expectations. Good thing they didn't charge additional 10% or 18% from food . Price listed are all included.

We recently visited the Araliya Food Court. The place was pleasant and spacious, providing a comfortable environment to dine in. However, the service needs improvement, especially from the steward who attended to us. The food we ordered did not feel like good value for money, and the taste was not great. I also want to highlight that they have clean washrooms available, which is a big advantage when you’re traveling with family. One of the best food courts in Nuwara eliya , yummy foods with many verities of food. Good service little expensive than other places. I visited many times since beginning of this place and I noticed they maintained the food quality and the restaurant environment very well. Staff were attentive and quick try to do there very best. It’s in the center and easy access with parking without any hassle. Definitely visit again there.
