The only good thing about this coffee shop is the AC lol. The customer service is terrible. I can understand why there are never any customers here. The staff need Customer Service training 101. They are hopeless. Can even follow simple instructions. And they should at least have a basic understanding of English to work in the Hospitality industry.

These guys have mastered the art of making bubble tea and offer very wide range. They also advise you on the sweetness level too, and the prices are reasonable.Love this place and highly recommended ♥️

This place is overrated. We had a club sandwich, which was Rs.1,650. It was smaller than what we normally have at other places with no basic seasoning for the filling. We ordered 2 hot drinks: Hazelnut Latte 1,250 this did not taste even close to hazelnut Double Chocolate Latte 1,250, which tasted more like Milo Both latte arrived 35 minutes after we placed the order. There was only one order before us. The waiter apologized for the delay, but 35 minutes for 2 mugs of coffee is unacceptable. I specifically asked not to add sugar to both drinks and expected the sugar to be given separately like other coffee shops, but they just added sugar and gave both drinks, and it was too sweet. On top of everything, there's a 10% service charge. So for 2 Latte and 1 portion of club sandwiches Rs.4,565 which was not worth at all. I can't recommend this place. There are other places close by that serve better coffee and food that is worth the price. Have no intention of visiting again.
