Jollybeeze is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever seen in Puttalam. When I contacted them from other village to place a food order for my relative, they responded very quickly and courteously. The entire process was smooth and efficient. My relative was very pleased with the meal, and the feedback about the food was excellent. Highly recommended for their quality service and delicious food!

Very Disappointed with Service We recently visited Jolybeez Restaurant in Puttalam and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered a mixed fried rice, but after waiting for a while, we were not given any plates or spoons to eat. It took 15 minutes just to get a plate and only one spoon for two people, which is unacceptable. They also didn’t provide a water bottle or even glasses. When we called a waiter to address this, we politely told him that basic things like water and cutlery should be provided first. Instead of fixing the issue, the waiter responded rudely, saying “wait, we are busy” and walked away angrily. The customer service was terrible, and we left feeling very unhappy and unsatisfied. We hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves the service standards. Basic hospitality and respectful communication should be a priority.

The best fast food spot in Puttalam, hands down! Cozy dining space, a variety of dishes, and excellent food quality make it a standout. What truly sets them apart is their unique and irreplaceable garlic sauce absolutely divine when paired with their crispy chicken! If you're in Puttalam and craving something delicious on the go, this place is a must try. Highly recommend!

I wanted to try their Hydrebad Biriyani , yet when I went the biriyani was finished and I tried Arabian Mandi Rice, Chicken Fried rice and Hot Butter Prawns. Arabian rice was delicious enough the chicken was good too, fried rice was good , and the best part is Hot butter prawns ; it was just amazing. Location was clean and good , they had a parking and neat washrooms. Service was fine.
