They have good bread. But the customer service is not satisfactory. Some of the waiters don't know how to treat their customers (excluding the old person in the cashier). They insult and laugh at the customers right in front of their face. This is one of the disgusting behaviors I personally experienced. They even dare to think that the customer has rights. They didn't even worry about respecting the customer. Though the food is good, that's not the sole reason for a customer to visit them.

The best bread in Matale 🍞 Ask for the small ones, they are crispy and tasty and in the evening it’s sold while it’s hot.
