We placed our order in advance so we could receive it on time, as promised. However, when we arrived at the agreed time, we were met with excuses and lies. Instead of having our order ready, they made us wait while they prepared other orders. If customers still have to wait in line like everyone else, then what’s the point of taking advance orders? This shows very poor management. If you can’t handle pre orders, at least be honest about it. Very disappointed. Poor service 👎
